IMPORTANT: It is important to complete and fill up all this information so they will appear automatically when designing using the drag and drop feature.

1️⃣ Add a verified email address

During your account creation, CustomerVox will ask you to enter your sender's email. In case you missed it or you want to add a new sender's email just follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Go to your account profile and click on Settings.

STEP 2: Under account info, Click on +Add from address

STEP 3: It's very important that after you enter your name and email, you should confirm your email.

STEP 4: To know if you successfully confirmed your email, the status should say CONFIRMED.

2️⃣ Enter all your social media accounts.

It's important that you include all your social media links so it will appear automatically when using the "call to action template" and other templates that contains about your social media.

Here's how you set them up.

STEP 1: Go to your account profile and click on Settings.

STEP 2: Go to the account info tab, Click on select under social links select the type of social media, paste your social media link, and click add.

3️⃣ Upload your Logo, Select your default font, and link color.

We recommend using a logo at most 150px tall. If you'd like to change the default font in your template, choose the font that is closest to your website.

STEP 1: Go to your account profile and click on Settings.

STEP 2: Go to the account info tab, click on the Style tab.
